Who is behind this blog?
My name is Andrés J. Díaz. I’ve been a GNU/Linux system administrator from 2005, but I started to play with UNIX operating systems from 1995. I was working in the University of A Corunna (Spain), in the Systems Architecture Area at Inditex, and in some small consultancies and startups until now. But you can see more detailed résumé in my linkedin profile.
Why do you do it?
The main reason to make this blog was to keep some data in some place, so I can find it easily. There was an age when no portatil devices were so useful like now, but with time, this page was morphing to a way to publish new ideas and concepts and more of my work in Connectical laboratories (a non profit organization focused on create new software, public services and put technologies affordable for everyone).
